At BonnetVault, we are committed to delivering high-quality storage solutions designed for long-term use.

5-Year Warranty

All BonnetVault units come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What’s Covered

  • Structural defects in the frame or panels
  • Manufacturing faults affecting safe use
  • Faulty components such as hinges, locks, or gas struts

What’s Not Covered

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • External damage
  • Incorrect measurements or unsuitable space

Handling & Installation

Due to the size of the panels and doors, care must be taken during handling and installation.

All components are securely packaged and checked before dispatch.

Damage such as bending, warping, or deformation caused by improper handling, installation, or excessive force is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Conditions

  • Product must be installed and used as instructed
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only

Contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue for assessment.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted for change of mind unless agreed in writing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will assess and offer repair, replacement, or refund if applicable.

Return Conditions

• Product must be returned in its original condition

• All parts, fittings, and hardware must be included

• Installed or assembled units are not eligible for return unless approved by BonnetVault

• Any removal, disassembly, transport, or reinstallation costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer

Not Eligible for Return

  • Incorrect measurements
  • Space incompatibility
  • No Body Corporate approval
